| 摘 要： | 在全面推行素质教育的过程中,培养适应时代要求、具有创新能力的人民警察,是知识经济时代赋予公安院校的一项重要任务。目前公安院校在培养学生创新能力方面还存在很多局限。要改变这种状况,必须转变传统的教育观念,构建培养学生创新能力的新的教学机制。
