情报主导侦查研究综述

近几年来，学界和实务部门对情报主导侦查的研究逐步深入。对于情报主导侦查的涵义，学界和实务部门已基本达成共识；情报主导侦查理论研究不断深入，主要是对情报分析研判的原理和方法、原则和流程、思雏模式及情报运行机制重构的研究；情报主导侦查常规性侦查措施——网上侦查逐渐完善，方式逐渐多样化；针对黑社会性质组织犯罪、毒品犯罪、恐怖主义犯罪和经济犯罪的专案情报主导侦查成为研究热点；情报信息规范化管理、情报信息专门分析研判及情报信息预警成为情报主导侦查的突出成果。

Nowadays,the research on the investigation led by information has developed quickly in both theory department and practice department.They reach the agreement about the meaning of the investigation led by information.The research includes the model,principle and reconstruction of the information system,the perfection of the internet investigation,some investigation on special cases of underworld organization crimes,drug crimes and terrorism crimes and so on.
