| 摘 要： | 二十世纪末以来,境外赌博的声势不断加强,严重地危害了社会治安,腐蚀了国家干部队伍,危害了国家金融安全,引起了中央政府的高度重视。在打击境外赌博的过程中,困难重重。加强对境外赌博的打击和查处,是公安机关的一项长期而艰巨的任务。
