Restraining Power and Constructing Harmony

To perfect the mechanism of restraining power and solve the problem of corruption can accelerate the prog-ress of constructing harmonious society.We could draw lessons from the theory of restraining power in the thought origins of constructing harmonious society,and in the discussion of theories and constitutions which restrain the monarchical power and the ministerial power in ancient China and the West,so as to speed up the construction of harmonious society.
