| 摘 要： | 群体性事件的发生,是不同社会矛盾的集中反映,具有一定的群体效应。在某种程度上或者在某个范围之中反映了一些群众的共同愿望,共同利益。这一群体极容易在心理上形成一致,反应在语言、情感行为之中。剖析这一群体的心理症结,是正确处理群体性事件的重要途径之一。
