| 摘 要： | 我国地方政府的行政执法责任制在内在制度和外在体制等方面存在着较大的缺陷 ,其原因在于认识不到位 ,工作不规范 ,保障力不强 ,评议考核制的设计和实行不完善 ,基础工作还不够扎实。完善地方政府行政执法责任制 ,应加强行政执法责任制的法理和工作原理研究 ,健全行政执法责任制的规范内容和具体制度 ,完善行政执法责任制的规范形式

| Abstract: | There are some weaknesses in both internal system and external organism of our administrative law enforcement responsibility system of local government. These weaknesses are originated from ill-awareness, irregular work, bad insurance, imperfect system and unstable basic work. To perfect administrative law enforcement of local government, we must research the working principles of administrative law enforcement responsibility system and regulations and perfect the mode of it. |
