| 摘 要： | 电动自行车作为一种新型的交通工具,自从问世以来就深受广大群众的喜爱,但也给道路交通安全带来了一系列问题。最重要的方面是对电动自行车在法律上的定位问题不明确,对日益增多的这一类方便快捷的城市交通工具缺乏管理机制。导致由于电动自行车违章引发的交通事故频频发生,造成交通秩序混乱,乃至成为社会问题不容忽视。

| Abstract: | As a new vehicle,the electric bicycle is popular with broad citizens,however,brings a series of problems for traffic safety.The most important problem is that the legal position of electric bicycle is not clear,the management mechanism for this kind of convenient and efficient urban transportation is poor,and the traffic order is chaotic. |
