| 摘 要： | 通过对以个别访谈法、问卷法在广州市公安局十多个相关部门和番禺监狱等单位搜集的738例广州地区犯罪隐语的分析,发现广州地区犯罪隐语伴随治安形势的变化呈现个别类型的案件隐语发展很快,已成体系,有些案件的隐语已大幅萎缩的现象.现有隐语则存在一词多义、异名同指现象较多;方言色彩浓郁;量词表达不一;隐语指代划分细致等特点.

| Abstract: | Through the collection and analysis of 738 cases about criminal argot from the relevant departments of Guangzhou municipal police bureau and Panyu prison via individual interviews and questionnaires,we found that the criminal argot in certain criminal cases has developed quickly and has its own system,with the change of pub- lic order situation in Guangzhou,while it has declined to use in other cases.Now the argot has showed such char- acteristics:There are more polysemous and synonymous words;The argot is ... |
