| 摘 要： | 治安学作为管理学门类中隶属于行政管理学之下的三级学科的定位 ,已滞后于学术的发展和社会的要求。根据通行的学科衡量标准 ,治安学已初步具备增列为二级学科的条件 :有特定的研究对象与范畴 ;较完整的理论体系和公认的专门术语 ;自身的方法论体系 ;有影响的学术组织和学术带头人 ;高质量的学术刊物和学术著作 ;独立完整的人才培养体系 ;较完整的学科体系。

| Abstract: | As the third-class subject under management subject that is the second-class discipline,this status of public order has been backward in developing society and progressive academy.Under regular assessable standards for any discipline,public order subject that has had relative complete system of discipline should come into the second-class discipline,followings are its basic conditions:typical objective and category of studies,relative complete theory system and popular professional words,methodology of itself,influential academic bodies and top scholars,high quality magazine and works,dependent and complete system of education and train. |
