| 摘 要： | 在治理犯罪问题上必须具有政治的高度和社会的广度。政治的高度意味着犯罪防控不仅仅是刑事司法领域之事,更重要的是社会政策和社会关系的调整;而社会的广度在于犯罪防控不单单是法律之事,还需要我们从社会学、心理学等角度展开相关研究,提出一个完整和谐的犯罪预防对策,从而建立整体和谐的犯罪防控体系。这当中,犯罪心理学的研究具有独特的价值。

| Abstract: | The political high point and social wide level should be had in the process of administering crimes. The political high point means that prevention and control of crime is one not only of criminal justice but also of the regulation of social policy and social relations; the social wide level means that prevention and control of crimes is one not only of legal system but also of the research on sociology and psychology, in which criminal psychology is very important to reconstruct a harmonious and complete system of prevention and control of crimes. |
