从"孙志刚事件"看警察危机公关

摘    要:2003年上半年发生在广州的"孙志刚事件",给我国警察造成了严重的声誉危机.警察危机公关的主要内容包括三个方面.从"孙志刚事件"来看,警察机关必须增强危机意识,维护和塑造警察新形象;加强理论研究,确保警察话语权;高度重视网络传媒的影响,加强与各类媒体的合作;认真借鉴企业与其它机构危机公关的有益经验.

Abstract:SUN Zhi-gang's Event" that took place in Guang Zhou in 2003 has brought about a serious crisis in our police reputation. There are three main contents of crisis in police public relations. Viewing the crisis in police public relations from "SUN Zhi-gang's Event" , police organs must improve crisis awareness to protect themselves rights and portray a new police; to reinforce theory research deeply and keep police speech power; to devote much attention to Network or other mass media; to learn useful experiences of administering crisis in public relations from businesses and other fields.
