| 摘 要： | 马克思主义内在的理论和实践逻辑决定了它能够与时俱进。在任何一个社会历史时间段和任何一个地域空间里 ,马克思主义都有特定的真理边界 ,时代变迁和应用地域转移会促使马克思主义改变自己的理论形式和部分内容以适应新的实践环境。马克思主义的发展由它的实践品质、批判品质和开放品质所推动 ,这些品质内在地驱使着马克思主义者不断进行理论创新。“三个有利于”是检验中国改革开放思想正确与否的标准 ,“三个代表”则为马克思主义与时俱进确立了科学标尺。

| Abstract: | Marxism could change itself in forms and contents while times gone and spaces transited. Marxism developing is propelled by its inherent quality such as practice, criticizing and opening, and the quality urge Marxism to create new thoughts continually. The standard judging in whether Marxism development or recession is concrete and historical. Three Benefiting is the criterion to estimate the Chinese reforming and opening thoughts correctly or not, and three represent's is the best benchmark to measure if Marxism advancing with time or not. |
