| 摘 要： | 知识创新能力是主体依靠知识进步改进现实世界的活动能力,是主体各种能力整合而成的一种能力,包括创造、传播和应用知识的能力,结合、转化和扩散知识资源的能力等.知识创新能力是在人的认识与实践活动中建构起来的,是社会的能力,这种能力也有自己的历史限度.

| Abstract: | Knowledge renovation ability is the ability of the subject to improve the objective world by improving his knowledge. It is the combined abilities of the subject, including his ability to create, disseminate and apply knowledge, and the ability to combine, transform and spread the resources of knowledge. Howerver, knowledge renovation ability has been formed through man's cognition and his practce, it is also the ability of the society, and has its own historical limita-tions. |
