The Origin of Enterprise: Marx and Coase

As great economist, Marx and Coase held different opinions on the origin of enterprise. But their discussion from diverse angle about the questions such as the premise of enterprise production, the relationship between enterprise production and cost, the boundary of enterprise and the nature of enterprise proved that enterprise not only is an organizational form of social productive forces under conditions of market economy, but also is a realizable form of social production relations under conditions of certain economy system.
