| Abstract: | The ability to implement the scientific development view is a central task in the cultivation of the capability and advanced nature of party committees.Party committees at various levels should put their emphasis on study,improve their own qualities,and lead members of the committee to improve their capability in scientific decision-making and troop management so as to insure the all-round development of the armed forces in a faster and better way. |
