| 摘 要： | 国防工业是保障国家安全需求的特殊产业,是以自主创新为主要发展动力的产业。国防工业的自主创新有助于提升产业的整体技术水平和民族产业的国际竞争力,有助于推动国家产业体系的可持续发展。为了充分发挥国防工业自主创新推进产业结构优化升级的功能,必须不断增强国防工业自主创新能力,深化和完善国防工业体制改革,加强政府的调控和协调力度。

| Abstract: | Defense industry is special industry that meets the demand of national safe,and it looks on independent innovation as chief power of development.Independent innovation of defense industry lend itself to elevate integral technology level of national industry,heighten international competitive capability of national industry drive conyinual development of national industry systern.In order to bring into play function of independent innovation of defense industry that push most optinum escalation of industrial construction,it is demanded to strengthen independent innovation capacity of defense industry,to deepen and perfect defense industry system reform and to strengthen governmental force of adjustment and harmony. |
