论21世纪全球企业人力资源管理

摘    要:新技术革命和经济的全球化是造成企业经营环境迅速变化的重要原因。许多全球企业不得不采用全球战略、柔性战略、联盟战略和合作战略等新战略来建立和维持企业的动态核心能力以适应环境。为了克服环境中的不确定因素并保持企业竞争优势,全球企业已开始对人力资源管理的职能进行再造,并采用全球观念和新的政策来解决全球企业所特有的人力资源管理问题。

Abstract:Technological innovation and economic globalization are two important factors that con- tribute to the rapid changes in business management environment. In response to this, a lot of multi-national enterprises are obliged to adopt such new strategies as flexible, allied and coopera- tive ones so as to strengthen and maintain their dynamic core power. In order to surmount the un- certain environmental factors and keep the competitive superiority ,multi-national enterprises have begun to modify their management functions of human resources and employ the concept of glob- alization as well as new policies to solve the peculiar problems in their management of human re- sources.
