| 摘 要： | 伴随着经济全球化的发展,对知识产权的保护成为多边贸易体系的一个主要组成部分。因此,认清知识产权的法律冲突存在的必然性,提出适合于知识产权保护的法律适用原则,加强对知识产权的保护,对促进经济的发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Along with economic globalization, protection for intellectual property right is a component part of multi lateral trade system. So it's necessary to recognize the inevitability of existence of legal conflict in intellectual property right, to put forward an applicable law for protection for intellectual property right and to promote economic development by intensifying the protection for intellectual property right. |
