大治安与小治安--谈治安学学科与专业建设

长期以来治安学界一直存在着各种流派和研究方向，归纳起来实际上是大治安与小治安的分歧。大治安与小治安在治安学学科和专业建设上应是互相促进，缺一不可的。治安学学科理论研究内容和研究方法等应放眼和借鉴大治安，使专业取得丰厚的理论支撑；而治安学专业的培养目标、教学模式和业务课程的设定与建设应落脚于小治安，以为公安机关培养治安业务管理和研究的专门人才，实现为社会服务的目的。

Grant Public Security and Local Public Security---A Talk about the Security Discipline and Professional Development

In the public security academia , different schools and research directions have existed for a long time .To sum up , this is actually the difference between grant and local public security .But in reality , in the pub-lic security discipline and professional development , grant and local public security should be mutually reinforcing and none of them is dispensable .The contents and methods of theoretical research in public security discipline should focus on and learn from the grant public security so as to get enough theoretical support , while the specialty training objectives , teaching models and the settings and development of professional courses in public security should be based on the local public security so as to cultivate the specialized personnel in security management and research for the public security authorities in order to achieve the purpose of serving the society .
