对我国居民身份证功能创新的思考

当前，我国居民身份证功能设计单一，科技含量不高，在给公安机关日常社会治安管理与人们使用带来不便的同时，也给犯罪分子作案提供了可乘之机。创新我国居民身份证科技功能含量，不仅是社会快速发展的必然趋势，也是公安机关维护社会治安的客观需要，更是一项事关全国亿万人民群众切身利益的“民生工程”。因此，各级政府和各地公安机关一要坚持抓好宣传工作，二要创新科技含量功能，三要严打制贩假证。

Views on the Innovation of ID Cards Function in China

At present , the single function of the ID cards in our country , designed without much science and technology , has brought inconvenience to the regular social security management and daily lives of citizens , as well as chances for criminals .Due to the phenomenon , the injection of science and technology into ID cards is not only the inevitable tendency of the social rapid development , but also the objective need for public security bureau to maintain the social security and a ＆quot;civil project＆quot;which concerns the benefits of billions of people in China .There-fore, various levels of governments and public security securities should make the following efforts：1.sticking to propaganda well;2.increasing the function with the help of science and technology;3.striking the fake ID cards severely .
