| Abstract: | It is of great significance and urgency of the times for the officials of the CPC at county-level to strengthen the governing capability.Since the reform and opening up and the Fourth Plenary Session of the13th Central Committee of the CPC,great achievements have been made in the governing capability of the officials of the CPC at county-level and much experience has been accumulated.But faced with the new task and requirement,there still exist some inadaptabilities,which need improvemeut. |
