广西“兴边富民”新跨越是一项系统工程,要全面落实科学发展观,加快经济社会全面、协调、可持续发展。要切实提高经济增长速度和经济增长质量;实施工业兴边战略;加快产业结构调整和升级;加快解决经济体制和机制中深层次问题;进一步加快城镇化进程;进一步实施“引进来”、“走出去”战略;努力建设边境社会主义新农村;构建和谐边境。要处理好五大问题。充分发挥党委政府的组织领导职能,大力推进富裕边境、文化边境、生态边境、平安边境建设。

Guangxi's strategy of " promoting economy and enriching people in border area" is a systematic project,which aims to implement the concept of scientific development so as to achieve an overall,coordinated and sustainable development.In order to reach this goal,it is of great necessity to take up some important measures: firstly,to enhance both economic growth and quality,promoting the economy by means of industry;secondly,to speed up industrial restructuring and upgrading;well settling the basic problem facing economic system reform;thirdly,to quicken the pace of urbanization,building new style socialist countryside and harmonious border areas.In conclusion,the government should make great efforts to build rich,cultural,ecological and safe border areas.
