| 摘 要： | 就职宣誓是公务员就职前一个重要的程序，世界上很多国家都已经建立了公务员就职宣誓制度，然而我国到目前为止还没有在相关的法律文件提出建立公务员就职宣誓制度。文章从建立公务员就职宣誓制度的必要性、重要性和可行性这三个角度进行了分析。
