On the Adjustment and Control of National Consciousness

The adjustment and control between national consciousness and national society is a universal law existing in national category. A country of multiple nationalities must concern about the law of adjustment and control of national consciousness, take people's interests as the first principal, define a good goal, hold a positive direction, comprehensively coordinate the criss-craoo relationship between two forms and three aspects, and at the same time stress the essentials, difficulties and heating points.
