公民社会的兴起及其对政治文明建设的影响

文章以国家与公民社会的关系为分析框架 ,论述了公民社会的兴起对当代中国的社会主义政治文明建设的多重影响 ,提出政治文明建设要从国家自上而下和公民社会自下而上两种力量的互动中来推进 ,从而使国家所保护的普遍利益与公民社会所捍卫的特殊利益达到符合社会总体发展趋势的平衡

The Rising of Civil Society and Its Influences to the Building of Political Civilization

According to the relationship between the state and civil society, this paper relates and analyzes the multiple influences of the rising of civil society to the building of Chinese socialist political civilization and points out that building political civilization should be promoted by the two interactive forces,namely,the country top-bottom and civil society bottom-top so as to make the common interests safeguarded by the state and the special interests safeguarded by civil society fit in with the balance of the whole development of society.
