| 摘 要： | 医疗卫生体制改革已进行了多年，但“看病难、看病贵”仍持续存在，医患关系凸显了社会矛盾，严重影响和谐社会的构建。文章从医患关系现象这一最基本的问题出发，探析其法律性质、特征，有针对性地提出医改的法律原则。

| Abstract: | The reform of medical and hygienic system has been carried out for many years.But "seeing a doctor difficultly and expensively" still continues to exist.The relations between doctors and patients has demonstrated the social contradictory,which seriously affects the building of a harmonious society.The paper analyzes its legal nature,its characteristics and points out the legal principles of medical reform in the view of such most basic problem as the relations between doctors and patients. |
