| Abstract: | In the course of building a harmonious socialist society,the discussion on the respective characteristics of the civilization of government by law and the moral civilization and its internal relations will help us to have a better understanding of the interactive laws and the harmonious relations of the two,then show clearly that the socialist "three civilizations" are mutually integrated with the request of building a harmonious society,and provide us some beneficial enlightenments in building a harmonious socialist society. |
