依法行政是消除行政垄断的必由之路

行政垄断的本质是一种违法的行政行为 ,其形成在我国是有深刻的经济、社会、历史原因的 ,其危害比一般的经济垄断更严重。经济领域的反行政垄断主要针对的是具体的行为 ,而难涉及行政垄断形成的根源。所以 ,在反行政垄断的斗争中 ,更应注重行政垄断行为的行政性 ,从限制行政权、规范行政权着手 ,将依法行政的几大原则落到实处。无论现在还是将来 ,依法行政都是消除行政垄断的必由之路。
