| 摘 要： | 当前大部分农村青壮年劳动力都已外出务工,村里留下的大多是老人、妇女和儿童,农村建设失去了主力军,产生了“空心村”问题,这是新农村建设必须正视的矛盾。破解这个问题,寻求新农村建设的途径尤为重要。
