On the Harmonious Relationship Between the CPC Members and the Masses

Under today's new historical situation,the somewhat unharmonious relat ionship between the CPC members and the masses is caused by quite a lot of reaso ns including factors of economy,politics and laws,the governing ability and wo rking style of the CPC.It is of necessity for the CPC to take efficient measures to improve its relationship with the masses so as to well govern the country and to build a harmonious society in China.
