关于泛北部湾经济区外语人才联合开发的思考

泛北部湾经济区的发展将形成亚太地区经济发展的新增长极。同时，泛北部湾经济区地域辽阔，人口众多，语言使用情况复杂，经济发展各异，探寻外语人才联合开发在泛北部湾经济合作中具有举足轻重的作用。近年来，泛北部湾经济区外语人才的联合开发取得了一定的发展，同时也存在诸多问题，必须采取一系列新举措，为加强泛北部湾经济区各国合作消除语言交流障碍。

Study on Joint Development of Foreign Language Talents of Pan Beibu Gulf Economic Zone from Regional Economic Perspective

The development of Pan Beibu Gulf Economic Zone would make the economic development of Asian-Pacific region be a new growth polar. Meanwhile, due to the facts that the Pan Beibu Gulf Economic Zone with enormous areas, large population, various languages and different economic development level, it has significant meaning to develop foreign languages talents jointly in the economic cooperation of Pan Beibu Gulf. Recently, there are some achievements have been made about foreign languages talents development but there are still some problems which are the reasons to take some new measures to remove the language obstacles in order to enhance the cooperation among countries of Pan Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.
