| Abstract: | Building the West River golden waterway is a major strategic decision in Guangxi which will promote the development of the West River economic belt and an inevitable choice to propel the coordinated development of the regional economy. Its main strategic choices are： an overall integrated strategy to promote the infrastructure development, regional industrial clusters, the scale of urban development, developing and opening up ecology, coordination and cooperation mechanisms. |
