| Abstract: | The small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in China have become the key pillars of China's national economy, but they also face a rigorous challenge. So we should go along with the tide and promote the IT application of enterprises so as to obtain the market information timely to enhance competitiveness of enterprises and to make enterprises develop by leaps and bounds. |
