The Way of Dealing with Sea Power Dispute and Defensing Marine Rights and Interests of China

This paper states the general situation of sea power dispute of China and other neighboring countries and analyzes the key points of such dispute and discusses the exact defence measure for marine rights and interests. And the paper points that it is needed to transfrom the traditional idea of focusing on land but neglecting sea, it is needed to emphasize real control and sovereignty declaration, to build unified coordination mechanism on top level and indepent comprehensive department and relatively unified law enforcement force of sea and to establish China sea power defence committee to do deep research on the law of sea and the laws of neighboring countries, except that, the mainland and Taiwan need to cooperate with each other to defense sea sovereignty and take necessary action, etc..
