循环经济理念与桂北经济区可持续发展

面对传统经济发展模式带来的资源破坏、环境污染现状的困扰，人们认识到循环经济发展模式是经济社会可持续发展的重要途径。文章以桂北经济区作为研究对象，在本区资源环境与经济发展状况分析的基础上，论证了大力发展循环经济的必要性，并从政府作用、绿色需求的引导、生态工业园区的示范以及技术的支持等方面提出了相应对策，以期实现桂北经济区的可持续发展。

Cycling Economy and Sustainable Development in Economic Zone of North Guangxi

In the face of the problems of resources destruction and environmental pollution brought by the traditional mode of economic development,it is recognized that the developing mode of cycling economy is an important way for sustainable development of economy and society.Taking the economic zone of north Guangxi as the object of study,this paper expounds and proves the necessity of developing cycling economy on the basis of analyzing economic development and its resources and environment,and puts forward some appropriate measures about the function of the government,the green demand,Eco-Industrial Park as well as technical support and other aspects to achieve the sustainable development.
