| 摘 要： | 30年来，改革开放的每一个重大的实践活动和理论创新，都是由思想解放开始的，思想解放是改革开放实践的先导。在新的历史起点上继续发挥思想解放对改革开放实践先导作用，高层领导要强力推动，广大群众要不断“自我解放”，继续端正对待马克思主义的态度，让新的思想元素充分自由涌流，清醒认识和把握当今世界新变化，准确把握广大人民群众新要求新期待，进一步增强新一轮思想解放的彻底性。

| Abstract: | In the past 30 years,every innovation of theory and practice would start from mind emancipating,which is the forerunner of reform and opening.Under the new situation,in order to give full play to mind emancipating,it is of great necessity that the high-level leaders push forward mind emancipating and all the people make constant efforts to emancipate their minds.The leaders should take a correct attitude towards Marxism and offer freedom for new thoughts;besides,the leaders should clearly recognize the changes of the world and understand people's needs and wishes,making the mind emancipate more complete. |
