| 摘 要： | 产业政策宏观调控的法律机制已成为宏观调控法的重要构成,在后金融危机时期和经济全球化条件下,我国适时将"培育和发展新兴战略产业"作为应对经济危机的选择,而通过产业政策指引战略性新兴产业突破发展,还存在制度性缺失和法律障碍,应健全战略性新兴产业法律规范和体系,实现我国战略性新兴产业政策的法治化与可持续发展。
