| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是我国社会主义现代化进程中的重大历史任务。增加农民收入是实现“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”的新农村建设目标的核心任务和必然要求。新农村建设的各项工作必须紧紧围绕增加农民收入来扎实推进。

| Abstract: | Building new socialist rural areas is an major historic task in the process of socialist modernization in China.Increasing farmers' incomes is the core task and inevitable request in realizing the goal of building new rural areas which are "developing production,improving living standards,fostering more civil behavior,improving the overall cleanliness of villages,and exercising democratic management".We should make steady progress in building new socialist rural areas by increasing farmers' incomes. |
