党的十六大报告提出的“确立劳动、资本、技术和管理等生产要素按贡献参与分配的原则”是对社会主义市场经济条件下,我国分配制度和分配方式改革的高度概括和科学总结,同时也是对马克思主义分配理论的新发展,它对进一步完善我国的分配制度具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Upholding the Principle That Production Factors Participate in the Distribution of Income in Accordance with Their Respective Contributions

Establishing the principle that labor,capital,technology,managerial expertise and other production factors participate in the distribution of income in accordance with their respective contributions" is put forward in the Report to the 16th National Congress of the CPC,which highly and scientifically summarizes the reform of the income distribution system and the modes of distribution in China under socialist market economy,and at the same time makes new development to the income distribution theory of Marxism.It is of momentous theoretical and practical significance to improve the income distribution system in China.
