| Abstract: | China needs to develop financial derivatives,but the basic conditions of developing derivatives are not mature in China,which are the developed basic financial market,the perfect risk monitoring system and the rational market participators.China should make further development of financial derivatives after achieving ripe experience so as to control the risks of stock market. |
