保持党的先进性必须提高党的依法执政能力

党的十六届四中全会明确提出要增强党的依法执政能力。作为党的执政能力建设的一个重要组成部分,依法执政能力建设是保持党的先进性不可或缺的部分。必须从改革和完善党的领导方式和执政方式、强化现代法治理念、抓好制度建设、增强依法办事的自觉性四个方面提升党的依法执政能力,使党的先进性得以充分体现。

To Keep Its Advanced Nature The CPC's Needs to Enhance Its Ability of Governing by Law

During the 4th session of the 16th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC,for the first time claimed to enhance its ability of governing by law.Being one important component of the building of the CPC's governing ability,the building of its ability of governing by law is also very essential in keeping the advanced nature of the CPC.In order to put the advanced nature of the CPC into full play,the CPC should enhance its ability of governing by law by taking the following steps: to improve the way in which the CPC govern the country;to strengthen the CPC members' awareness of governing by law and to upgrade its relevant systems.
