| 摘 要： | 执政党领导力与执政能力一样关系到党的生死存亡，在党的领导力提升过程中，党的领导方式必须相应进行一些调整。一是要注重提高党的影响力与凝聚力，二是要将领导重心放在制定战略和推动改革上，三是要在提高党员干部的综合素质基础上聚集各种人才力量。

| Abstract: | The leading capabilities of the ruling party are the same as governance capability,which bear on the party's very survival.In the process of upgrading the Party's leading capabilities,some adjustments must be made in the styles of leadership of the CPC accordingly.The first is to pay attention to improving the Party's influence and cohesiveness.The second is to focus on developing strategies and promoting reform.The third is to gather all kinds of talent on the basis of improving the overall quality of the members and cadres of the CPC. |
