| 摘 要： | 企业是技术创新的主体 ,技术创新是企业持续高效发展的不竭动力。然而只注重创新却不用法律手段保护创新成果 ,那么创新成果不仅不会为企业带来效益 ,还会被不法之徒仿冒 ,给企业带来损失。培育企业的核心竞争能力 ,对企业技术创新成果进行知识产权保护是关键。

| Abstract: | Enterprises are the principal parts of technological innovation while technological innovation is the continual motivation for enterprises to make the sustainable and effective development. However, innovation product will bring about losses instead of value to enterprises by other imitation if we only focus on innovation but not on protecting the products of technological innovation by law. To enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is the key part to protect the intellectual property rights of technological innovation product of enterprises. |
