融入区域经济合作 推动县域经济发展——中国一东盟“一轴两翼”经济格局下县域经济发展的思考

上林县位于桂中南，具有融入中国一东盟“一轴两翼”经济格局的有利条件，文章分析了该县融入“一轴两翼”经济圈在工业、农业、城镇化发展水平、旅游业等方面的发展路径选择，特别提出改善软环境，搭建发展平台是重要条件。

Participating in the Regional Economic Cooperation to Promote the Development of County Economy——A consideration of the county economic development under the economic structure of China-ASEAN "an axis two wings."

Shanglin county lies in south-central part in Guangxi,which has favorable conditions to integrate with the economic structure of China-ASEAN "an axis two wings." This paper analyzes the development path the county takes in industry,agriculture,urbanized development,tourism and so on after it participates in "an axis two wings." economic circle,and puts forward an important condition for improving the soft environment and building the platform of development in particular.
