| 摘 要： | 领导干部诚信道德是执政党党风和人民政府政风的核心内容之一,加强领导干部诚信建设具有十分重要的意义.目前,我国干部队伍诚信状况的主流是好的,但在少数领导干部身上暴露出的诚信缺失问题也必须引起我们的高度警觉和重视.纠正领导干部的失信行为,提高领导干部的诚信水平,必须加强思想道德教育,完善政绩考核制度,健全诚信监督机制.
