| 摘 要： | 依法行政是依法治国的重要组成部分。要改善我国目前行政执法现状,必须改革现行行政执法体制,转变职能,明确责任;建立专业化执法队伍;建立科学的管理制度,并完善行政执法责任制、行政执法听证制度和行政执法监督机制。

| Abstract: | Administrating according to law"is an important component of"governing the country according to law".It is of great necessity to take the following measurements in order to improve the status of administration in China:1)Reforming the current law enforcement system to transform the function and clearly define the responsibility of the corresponding organization.2)Forming professional teams to enforce the law.3)Setting up scientific management system.4)Improving the responsibility system and supervision system. |
