促进出版传媒企业快速发展的思考——以打造“双百亿”广西出版传媒集团为例

Thinking of Promoting the Quick Development of Publishing Media Enterprise A Case of Building Guangxi Publishing Media Group with Double Billion Goals

This paper is written on the basis of extensive investigation on different big publishing media enterprises in a nation wide and Guangxi publishing media group and its affiliated enterprises. It points that it is an important measure to build publishing media group with double billion goals to fulfill cultural leapfrog development in each province, autonomous region and city. The paper states the possibility, advantage and difficulties of building Guangxi publishing media group, and points out Guangxi government has to do coordinated plan and give positive support to the goal, and connects publishing industry chain and takes the work of getting into stock market as part of government plan, to promote big cultural enterprises quick development with the support of important program. In addition, it is needed to create Beijing-Nanning publishing center and cultivate a high quality professionals, and the government should gives more investment on cultural industry and makes supporting policy.
