| 摘 要： | 历史上法律信仰传统的缺位加上现实中法律自身及其实施中的缺陷,导致当代中国法律信仰的匮乏.法律信仰的形成条件应是特定语境中的具体的良法和良治的结合体,应以行使国家权力机构行为的法治化促生良法和良治,从而达至主体对法律的信仰而不只是被动地服从.

| Abstract: | The lack of legal belief in contemporary China is caused by both the lack of legal belief in history and the defect of the law itself as well as its improper enforcement. The condition on which legal belief is formed is a combination of good law and its proper enforcement which should be promoted by legalization of government behavior. |
