Enhancing the Construction of Institutes of Socialism in Accordance with the Requirement of "Three Representatives

The ideology of "Three Representatives" set forth by Jiang Zemin at the Conference of 80 Anniversary of the Communist Party is the foundation for the Party's existence, the basis for the Party's ruling the state and the origin of power. To fully understand its ideological level and the mental outlook of advancing together with the times and carrying on the past and opening a way for future, is of great importance for us to adhere to innovations and to construct the institutes of socialism with characteristics of China, the times and the united front.
