| 摘 要： | 本文以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想为指导,从党外代表人物及党外代表人物工作的概念、党外代表人物工作的基本条件、党外代表人物工作环境、党外代表人物工作动力因素、党外代表人物工作系统、党外代表人物工作系统的运行、党外代表人物工作系统的基本特性等八个方面进行了理论探讨,并立足于北京市党外代表人物工作,提出了目前党外代表人物工作需进一步改进的主要方面。

| Abstract: | The author took the thoughts of the Deng Xiaoping's theory and "Three Representations" as the instruction and described eight factors of the non-party individuals from the concept,the basic condition,working conditions,the work power factors,the work system,the movement of work system,the basic characteristic of work system.The author based works on the Beijing non-party individuals,and proposed the main aspect which need further to improve. |
